Spirit Stools | By Tanju Özelgin
Spirit is a stool that requires production precision, where craftsmanship is the front-line. It is a great example of a combination of wood and fabric.
For the wood part, solid beech or ash is used by standard unless different wood specified. It has a very unique manufacturing method especially on the edges where the wood frame and upholstered part meet. Upholstered backrest and seat parts inserted into the channel opened on the wood frame. This technique ensures perfect seamless upholstery work.
It may be used in high concept restaurant and bars. Around any bar tables in modern but warmly bars. Or in design-oriented office break-out rooms. Wood part can be designed in a desired color wood stain.
