Ahkka is a modern lounge armchair collection designed by Swedish studio Claesson Koivisto Rune for True Design. The name Ahkka is inspired by Sweden’s tenth highest mountain peak, a northern landscape shaped over millennia by Ice Age glaciers. This natural reference is reflected in the armchair’s smooth, continuous surfaces, which appear gently sculpted rather than sharply constructed. The result is an elegant lounge chair with a calm, organic presence and a distinctive architectural character.
Designed for professional and contract interiors, the Ahkka lounge armchair offers a refined balance between visual softness and ergonomic support.
