Adinne by True Design is a contemporary wooden chair designed by Leonardo Rossano, shaped by the honest beauty of hand-drawn ideas and refined through precise material thinking. With its solid wood frame, curved plywood seat, and slender leather backrest, Adinne brings together structure, comfort, and sculptural presence in a beautifully balanced form.
The design plays with contrast: sturdy cylindrical legs create a grounded architectural look, while the leather backrest adds lightness, flexibility, and a refined tactile quality. This unique combination gives Adinne a distinctive personality without overwhelming the space, making it ideal for interiors that need warmth, elegance, and a strong design signature.
Created for dining areas, meeting rooms, hospitality settings, restaurants, cafés, offices, and communal spaces, Adinne offers both visual character and practical performance. Its offset leg positioning supports a memorable silhouette while also allowing the chair to stack, making it especially useful for contract environments where flexibility matters.
Available as a wooden chair or with a non-removable padded leather cushion, Adinne is a modern contract chair that blends craftsmanship, ergonomic comfort, and timeless material appeal. Elegant yet practical, minimal yet expressive, Adinne is designed for spaces where every detail matters.
Dimensions
The chair features a minimalist and elegant design, with a curved plywood seat. The solid wood frame provides stability, with the legs seamlessly integrated into the structure. A distinctive leather backrest adds a touch of luxury, moulding perfectly to the back of whoever is seated, whilst the polypropylene feet protect the floor. A version with a non-removable padded leather cushion is also available.

Designed by Leonardo Rossano, the Adinne chair begins with a simple yet powerful creative gesture: hand-drawn sketches. These essential drawings form the foundation of the project, capturing the intuitive moment when an idea first takes shape. In a design world increasingly shaped by digital tools, data analysis, and advanced visualization, Adinne reaffirms the value of the human hand as a meaningful expression of authentic design thinking.
The chair is developed through a refined exploration of surfaces, proportions, and primary geometries. Solid wood cylindrical legs support the leather seat and backrest, creating a clean, architectural structure with a strong visual identity. This geometric precision is softened where the chair meets the body, allowing the form to adapt naturally to comfort and function.
Adinne’s deliberately sturdy solid wood legs give the chair its grounded and architectural presence. At the same time, the absence of a traditional rigid backrest creates a sense of lightness and openness. This structural challenge was carefully resolved through the product development process, resulting in a contemporary wooden chair that balances stability, comfort, and visual elegance.
With its distinctive combination of solid wood, leather upholstery, sculptural geometry, and refined craftsmanship, Adinne is ideal for dining rooms, meeting spaces, hospitality interiors, restaurants, cafés, and design-forward contract environments.
